Brief
Everyone at some point in their life has felt the need to remind them about the medicines or pills that they are supposed to take, especially when then the person is in hospital and a nurse is taken care of she needs to take care of many patients because of which the patient's medicine schedule can get missed. This can cause various problems on the patient's health later on.
Problem Statement
How might we help remind a person and their carers to take medicine and support each other by monitoring?
Idea Conception
This problem exists with and everyone has either faced it or seen someone face that. Before starting the design it is important to know the current common ways of solving this problem that people are using.

By putting reminders on devices like mobile phones, laptops, or smart watched

By telling peoples around so that they can remind them

By letting someone else give the medicines to you
There are some ways to solve these particular problems, and they are efficient but in today's scenario when people around you are not always there due to many reasons but they still want to take care of the patients.
Considering this I started with identifying the Users that will be needing the solution and also the people involved in this to get a better seamless experience of health and loved ones.

Also, these situations of users will be changing depending on the age of the person and the physical conditions like an old age person, many don’t know how to use their phones of the new technology and apps for setting a reminder they are purely dependent on their memory which at that age is not much reliable or in some cases the patient is not able to get up from the bed to take the medicine. So, they are dependent on us, or on the carers, at that time, I think there should be a way where a person can tell about the medicines or remind them to take them from anywhere.
In many cases when a patient comes to the hospital one of the most important aspects of the treatment for a doctor is to know the previous medication, the medical history, anything that he/she is allergic to, and all this even before starting the treatment. Hence, we need a better way to have a very clear and smooth transfer of information is needed between the patient, carer, and doctor.
After identifying these basic needed I started creating a list of information and then further segregated this into different divisions considering the nature of the information.
The devices which I have thought of for this are Smart Phones for the Patients, Cares, Dependences users (Smartwatches as the connection to the parent mobile devices will enhance the experience of users). iPads for the doctors assuming every doctor in the hospital or clinic is available in their timings and the visits are always pre-scheduled also many of the times this could be used by the doctor's assistants, nurses.
Considering all the information and studies I created an IA for the mobile version i.e.
Considering this IA a basic wireframe was made for the Home page which includes the duration of dose that he/she is going through the timing on which the medicine needs to be taken as a reminder and also a small demographic showed the about of compression for the entire course dose.
To add pills or any information, the “Add Button” is a floating icon thus you can add anything at any point in time with ease.
Also, many of the times as the way these medicines are sold in the market user forgets the fact that they need to restock the medicines for which a small notification can pop up just so that the medicine doesn't get skipped as per the prescribed course.
The other situation is when a person needs to monitor their loved ones and make them remind of taking medicine. There are 2 ways to do that task,

If the medicine is already added you can see if they have taken the pills as they can mark that saying complete and a green tick will be seen. If not, then they could be informed by calling or taping the alert button which will give a notification alert to the patient.

You can add the medication course and medicines for them so that you don't forget it and always help them remind to complete the prescribed dose.
This will also create a medical history for your dependent so that when needed you can share that with the Doctors.
This is helpful especially in situations when you are not around the patient to take care of them or for the people who are working and have to leave the house. This could also be used for situations in hospitals where the nurse needs to monitor every patient.
It is equally important to have information about the doctors and also communicate with them.
The carer is the one where the user needs to add their emergency contact and also the doctors to whom they are regularly concerned. This can also become an easy way for the patients who are undergoing medication from different doctors while they are consulting someone or during an emergency.
